Crafting Hint of the Day - Using Leftover Fabric Scraps

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Cooking & Crafts : One Thread

Use those odd tidbits of fabric from your quilting or sewing projects by making greeting cards. Find the blank cards at your local crafts store. Cut a piece of background fabric the size of the front of the card, or slightly smaller. Use fusible web to adhere the fabric to the paper. Next, cut out other shapes to make your picture. Flower shapes are the easiest. You can also use markers to draw in stem lines, etc as well as a simple greeting.
