When you first get to the forum there is a page of New Questions. As you scroll down the newest questions are at the top, with older ones underneath. After 1 week they go to the "archives" or older messages which are below the New Questions.

On the top of your screen is a place that says "New Answers" Here you can see questions that have just recently been answered, or if a question from the archives has been recently answered it shows up here.

When I come on the forum, I first read any new questions that I haven't seen, then I switch to the new answers section and read down the list until I get to one that I have already seen the last answer. This is a quick easy way to keep up with the forum.
