I would like to expedite selection of the central af point on the eos 3. Is cf 13 the best way?

I saw your post on photo.net about this very same thing. CF 13 only limits to the 11 pts among a few other things. There's a button next to the * on the back of the camera. Use the wheels until the center point is selected, there is no way to override it except to turn ECF on or select another pt. by pressing this button again. To turn automatic (computer controlled) focusing point selection back on, press the same button and scroll either wheel until all the outer focusing points light up.

thanks carl...in fact, i discovered this shortly after posting my question, and was somewhat dismayed that no other person familiar with the 3 offered this simple info, which is not clearly indicated in the manual. i appreciate your attention to my question at this point, it is quite considerate of you.
