I got my F4S yesterday and what a bike, but the seat is some kind of cruel joke. Are there any aftermarket seats for these? I see that Casoli Moto has one, but suede doesn't seem too practical.

Also, I hear a lot of talk about aftermarket exhausts, but I can't actually see any other than on the mvagusta-sp.com page. I'd love to see what the blue flame one looks like, but their page doesn't seem to show it. Same for Ferracci. Am I missing something?

Please check previous posts about aftermarket exhausts, the links should be included which would have pictures.

Tecnosel padding is available for the seats. I think the Casoli suede is just the shell and no modification in the padding.

There is a "gel" seat available which looks like the OEM piece, FBF sells it 215-657-1276 (not cheep). FBF also sells the CRC race exhaust (again looks like OEM but flows better, but weighs the same ) , about $1500 with chip. I believe others have said the blue flame is of poor quality and the fit is also poor.

There are links, but no pictures for the most part. Which is why I asked if I was missing something. The only pictures I have seen are at casoli moto and from the mvagusta-sp.com page. No Blue Flame (but I guess I don't want to see that one) and no Corse or anything else.

The seat that FBF sells is the Tecnosel one, and it isn't gel. Take it from me, it's no better than the stock one. Spend the money on an aftermarket exhaust instead.

Suprisingly, I don't think the seat is all that bad. My wrists hurt far worse than my butt. Come to think of it, maybe it's all the padding I have in butt...

Oops, hit the submit button by accident.

I was saying, you must be a taller guy. I noticed that if I roll back on the seat, it feels fine. The cupped shape fits nicely. BUT, I like to sit farther forward and that's when that forward edge digs into me. Besides, when I sit back, it puts more weight on my wrists and I get a bit of arm pump that way.

I know I know, whiners!

But back to the seat. I think if someone built one that angled up a bit more in the back to offer some support to take the weight off the front edge of the seat, it would help a lot. With this in mind, I'm going to try a pair of biking shorts since they have the built in pad.

Back to the pipes. My original post stands. I see a ton of links and contact info, but with no pictures! Am I missing something?

Rode up the bottom of the mountain road during lunch today. Ahh. MV F4S and Pirelli Dragon Corsas. What could be better? Maybe Supercorsas, but I haven't ridden a more sublime handling bike...
