Nope, he won a European Championship medal in 1988. He has also just received a fine of €1500 for receiving illegal payments (along with Marco Van Basten and Frank Rijkaard). In the early ‘90s AC Milan paid them a total of €33 million through a tax-avoidance scam. The fine represents a derisory 0.01% of what they were received. That the chairman of AC Milan, Silvio Berlusconi, is also Italy’s current PM is purely coincidental I’m sure.

Just to clarify, that's a £927.75 fine for £20,410,566.69 worth of questionable payments in real money.
