HOUSTON, Feb 6 (Reuters) - Anadarko Petroleum Corp. (NYSE:APC - news) on Wednesday warned that its first-quarter earnings per share would be substantially lower than Wall Street estimates, a little over a week after the company stunned investors by restating previous earnings because of an accounting error.
