Actually, yes he did. However, that was her married name... her maiden name was Josephine Emily Clemm. She was the daughter of William and Harriet Clemm and she was born August 13, 1808. She married Edgar Poe's cousin, Neilson Poe, the son of Jacob and Bridget Poe and he was born on August 11, 1809 as a twin of his sister Amelia.
