Cut up fresh strawberries, sprinkle heavily with sugar, let sit a couple of houre, stirring occationally. It will get nice and juicy.

1/2 c Sugar
1 1/2 tb Cornstarch
1 c Orange Juice
1/4 c Grand Marnier Liqueur (optional)
6 c Sliced Hulled Strawberries
I a saucepan, stir together all ingrediants except berrys until smooth. Bring to a boil over medium high heat, stirring until clear and thickened. Stir in strawberries until well combined. Let cool and serve. Also great over vanilla ice cream!
