Can anyone recommend a fairly reliable Agency that I could use to cover PA annual leave?

agencies seem very problematic to pa employers, from what i hear none seem very suitable as they will only do certain task. the dream would be an agency set up to provide pa's for those on independent living schemes. i hate being short of cover, it can be a bit scarey as i know i'd have to go to hosiptal if i was totally stuck, thankfully thats never happened yet. good luck in finding your cover, sorry i can't recommend anybody.

I would suggest you try a relatively new, small agency called Trust Care 0131 258 0273 - Lee Glen , one of the Partners.(based in Portobello) They arent bad as far as agencies go!!! They will listen to what you want but you need to be really specific about it and explain about independent living, your PA team etc Hope this helps
