Something isn't right. MPEG layer 3 is an audio only format. What extension do these files end in? Is it .mp3? If so, you have an audio only file. Do they end in .avi? If so, you probably have MPEG-4 (also known as DivX) files. www.vcdhelp.com has some guides on converting DivX to VCD that should be able to help you if you have DivX files. The guides will tell you what to do and what programs you need.

Yeah, mpeg type-3 is mp3 (audio-only)..but then why in the properties would it say mpeg-3 if it is divx mpeg4? maybe cuz i dont have a divx player? i can't get the extension cuz i'm usin me and its bein an ass but it says "video clip" so its probly avi.

That is audio only MP3. It's Easy CD which is being an ass by referring to it as a video clip. Anything that smacks of MPEG Easy CD refers to as a video clip.

I had similar porblem, turned out it was a Divx video not mpeg 3 as stated in vide clip properties..my clip had extension .avi mpeg layer 3 video clip. I went to Divx.com site and downloaded there player and fixed problem
