One Leg-End-Can`t win em all

I resorted to watching Killie -v- Rangers last night (I do enjoy Geordie Tommy Johnsons goal celebration), switching to text to follow the lads, 3 whiskeys (generous), 3 large red wine (large) and I was feeling cosy at the final whistle. I had taped Britains Brainiest Footballer but did not get to watch it till today. Nothing on here about it but for the benifet of our ex-pats its a nae-bad quiz show when a total of 12 start off, next week its estate agents. The line-up was fairly nondescript, collection of Rushden and Diamonds, Colchester, Lee Glover whom I can remember from from his Notts Forest days, he was the only one with specs so I had him down as favourite. Alan Brazil and George Cohen were instantly known, but who was that chap at the front pedestal, thin, withdrawn , nervous, nah bliddy supermac himself. What an affront to any toon fan, off the first round, one correct answer. Cohen and Brazil did well but the eventual winner was this 22 yr old kid from Colchester who came good on his specialist subject "Body Parts as in medical", he had spent a year on the treatment table and got pally with the physios and became interested in the subject,so beware Dr Bill or Dr Marcellino will be after your job.

I just loved Durrant commenting that the last time Johnson controlled the ball that badly Celtic won the league
