I need advice on making roosting nests for my chickens. It can't be to difficult because I'm not very good with carpentry.

I have used five gallon buckets on their sides with firewood wedged on either side to keep them steady. With some shavings or straw inside they worked fine for me!

You people are great! Now I have nest box ideas and I won't have to pay my kids to make them for me. My coop is an old ice-fishing house. How's that for recycling!
