A special thank you to all at the match last night

Bit depressed after the 1st half and Robson's tactical blunder.

Start of the second half and the noise from you lot on the webcast was phenomenal. I knew then that we would win.Hairs standing up on the back of the neck, tingle down my spine.

Proud to be a Geordie... and proud of you lot!!

A pleasure Geordie. We wouldn't do it if we didn't enjoy it (would we vicar?). The noise from our (1,500?) nutters was awesome. They must have heard us at Stamford Bridge last night. The adrenalin that's generated from that lot when they're in full song must be worth at least one goal. Nice touch from Shay last night. Last off, he came back for a wave, after having had a very generous hug from Steve Harper. Cue 'There's only one Shay Given'. So he comes back for another wave. The lads must have been over the proverbial moon in the dressing room after. They certainly looked it as they went off. Shame that's our last London game this season. I almost hope we draw the Arse/Spurs/Chewsee away in the FA cup after we finish off Kev's boys. 'Cos, as you all know, we always win in London.

I went on the internet this morning and for the first time in a long time, my reaction was f off. Then I read the match thread and well, done to everyone for staying on line, I think I would have chickened out at half time.

If your;re proud to be a Geordie clap your hands......

That completes the London hattrick this season :-) Arse, Spurs and London Road, Peterborough!

There was a mini phone-in on Metro radio after the match last night and while Mick Martin and Justin Somethingorother the new commentator, were fielding questions, it was clear that the goals from the game were being shown on the big screen at WHL. I couldn't help but smile at the cheering of the Toon Army as each of our goals hit the back of the net - they(you) mustn't have left the ground for ages.
I'm trilled about last night and I'm wishing my life away waiting for the Bolton game. After the FA cup result and last night I'll be on my feet cheering the lads onto the pitch.
