I have heard of people taking up to 2 hours to get through to an operator on the Kodak hotline thingy.

Lucky me got through in 3 minutes :)

Mine arrived today!

Woman on the phone when I confirmed the order said they would be sent out on 11 Feb at the earliest, so it's a bit of a surprise to get it this early.

Maybe I should order a spare battery or a zoom lens from Kodak.com, as I have got a pretty good deal from them.
