Come on Sunderland

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Unofficial Newcastle United Football Club BBS : One Thread

I want you to win your next league game and, in all honesty, you are not as poor as your current league position reflects.

In fact, as long as you finish below NUFC (and just miss out on Europe, "where's that?" I hear), I wish you well.

Amazing Proclamation!?

Let's just call it regional bias...

Agree, Bud, I'm also hoping for a Sunderland win this weekend!

Amazing the benevolence towards ones fellow man in the light of a great result....

It's getting tight for them down the bottom....what I would enjoy would be for them to lose a couple more, get HAMMERED by us and then save themselves just before the end of the season....

It's a no lose game for us as whatever the result we'll be happy!

I want them to beat Man U on Saturday, no question about it. We beat Bolton and we're top of the league and a game in hand

Don't forget to wish Soton beat Arses too! Then we were top of the league!

Let's hear it for teams in red and white stripes!! (this weekend only)

I'll look on the bright side no matter what the score is. S'land win - obviously increases ur title chances

Draw - increases title chances.

Loss - More intense riots at S'lands next home game. And it won't get too easy for us to win the title. I don't want us to have won it by Mach ;)

Well done Altrincham, but I'm officially through supporting teams in red and white stripes. ;-)

Yeh - thanks a million SAFC. Tossers!

OT seemed very quiet yesterday from the coverage. I know the fans are so arrogant to expect a 4-1 win every week, but it was so silent.

From what I heard, the Mackems were making most of the noise, but 4-1 up and no singing???

Did anyone see the clip of the Middlesbrough game against Manure on Soccer AM, where some bloke (about 60) was celebrating the goal very miserably then started doing a half hearted dance, as if nobody was looking. Hilarious.

I know what you mean: we scratch their relegation back - beating Bolton - and they pour itching powder on our title one.
