Would anyone like a chutney recipe? I have been making and collecting them for 25 years. Have one for most any kind of fruit. If you've never had chutney, you are missing something. We use it as a condiment for E. Indian food, most any meat dishes, and on sandwiches.

Have made fruit chutneys, mango, pineapple, papaya, apple, raisans, and spices, but I added a Habanero pepper (Scotch Broome in some parts of the world.) There ar a number of chutney receipes on meals.com The one that intrigued me was Apple/Jalapeno.
