Kenyon Gyros

Anybody know anything about Kenyon gyros? Seems they might be the poor (or smart) man's Image Stabiliser. I saw a pic of one being used with an 800mm FD lens which set me wondering how well they work. Any experiences? Cheers, Steve

When I first saw these, I dropped them a note. They offered to rent me one for cheap (they were wanting some promotional "before-and- after" photos).

I passed because I had zero $$ thanks to a divorce, and had completely forgotten about them since. Give them a buzz and see if you can rent one for a weekend and decide for yourself if you like it.
