Well, nothing ventured . . .

I have a remodeled house on my ranch for rent. Prefer a mature lady who might be interested in an eventual partnership with ranch owner in an established asparagus business and other ventures, and help maintain the ranch and small herd of dexter cattle. And maybe more.

Me: I'm 59, 5'10', 170 lbs., physically fit, financially stable, non-smoker, occasional imbiber. Homebody. Lousy dancer. College educated.

Hopefully she is: 40+, slender or average figure, has business sense, loves the outdoors, animals, gardening, cooking and maybe even fishing. Can handle not living near Walmart & Pizza Hut. Non-smoker.
