In the name of God Salam I use a digital sony camera for my Ms project.My computer's graphic card is ATI AIW128 PRO 32MB.I capture black and white films(480*288 MPEG1)and audio possibility isn't nessesery.I need to convert my movies to frames(above 24 per second).I use VCDCutter for this reason but it creat few frame number.Would you please recomendation for this problem?
