Henman or Rusedski? I'll have a quid on Tim.

The Missus says Tim all the way 2 sets up blows the 3rd and scrapes through on the tie break in the 4th.

But then goes on to beat Sampras in the Final (Now some body will tell me they are in the same half of the draw?)

Nope they're not - there's some names I recognise in both halves of the draw but I reckon Sampras v one of our lads is a good bet for the final.

Has to be the Englishmen over the Canadian

Don't pretend to be a big follower of tennis, but someone did mention that Henman is the highest placed seed left. On that basis 'experts' are saying he should go on and win the tournament.

So obviously my quid will go on Greg.

Henman's just won the first set, 6-4.

...but Rusedski's broken Henman in the first game of the second...

zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Henman 1 set up and 5-2 in the second...looks like he's pi$$ing it...

-- Anonymous, January 18, 2002

Yeah, he's won the 2nd. too, 6-3.

-- Anonymous, January 18, 2002

G Rusedski 4-1 up in the third. Game on.

Going as predicted then...

-- Anonymous, January 18, 2002

Rusedski's peed the 3rd., 6-1.

-- Anonymous, January 18, 2002

In that case Bud, why did Rusedski have to take a loo break at the end of the third?

-- Anonymous, January 18, 2002

C'mon - prediction time. I reckon 3-1 to Henman.

-- Anonymous, January 18, 2002

I'm with you Nick. Henman is playing some fantastic tennis today. Bound to lose in the next round.

yup 3-1 to Henman...he seems to struggle with straight sets victories...loses concentration perhaps...

-- Anonymous, January 18, 2002

benton, perhaps he needed a bowel movement, your guess is as good as mine ;-)

-- Anonymous, January 18, 2002

An early break for Henman in the 3rd., so 3-1 looks likely?

-- Anonymous, January 18, 2002

Rusedski 1 - 3 down in the fourth. Henman to serve. Greg's looking a bit sorry for himself now. Must be fed up with playing Nice But Tim.

-- Anonymous, January 18, 2002

Henman 4-1 up - just needs to hold his serves and that's it.

-- Anonymous, January 18, 2002

Game over 5-3 in the fourth.

-- Anonymous, January 18, 2002

Henman's won, 6-3 in the 4th.

-- Anonymous, January 18, 2002

Duh! 6-3. But you knew what I meant...

-- Anonymous, January 18, 2002

That paint is definitely looking a little less shiny than it was earlier.

As predicted...Henman loses 4th round match to Bjorkman in straight sets. Our boy played badly, and blew his chance to win that first Grand Slam. Predictably, having been built up, he's now being crucified by the media. Probably a good time to put a tenner on him to win Wimbledon this year.
