Leeds fans with gifted vision

Anyone hear 606 on 5live at the weekend? Sorry if this has been mentioned already but I can't see it glancing back at thread titles.

Most Leeds callers to the Saturday phone-in, bemoaned the fact that the ref was biased and gave many decisions unfairly against Leeds. Most of the callers also went on to complain about the view from the away seats and that the players looked like ants.

This just struck me as amusing. If they could barely see anything how could they judge better than a ref 10 yards away from the action? Tossers! (It makes you blind I understand).

Yes, heard it all as I couldn't drag myself away from the computer for laughing at them. I enjoyed it when the host challenged one of them on the view and how they could possibly know Bellamy whinged throughout the match. The caller said it's cause his arms were flapping. ;-)

I had the feeling Graham Barber had Viduka in his sights throughout the game after the earlier assaults on Dabizas (who displayed remarkable composure under the circumstances). O'Leary and his henchmen have no one but themselves to blame.

Nice for Glynis to give us some decisions for a change. In fact, I think we've benefited from a number of contentious refereeing decisions of late - and better late than never :-P

I must say the view is FANTASTIC up in level 7 of the Leazes end.

Compared with my old seat four rows from the front I can see the game 100x better than before.

My dad said it looks blurred (his vision isn't too good), but to me it's a great view.

Those Leeds fans need their eyes checking.

Apparently they also thought the players' shirts were some kind of an off-white. 5 Live even went so far as to ring Leeds' laundry lady who swore the kits were white when they left her hands. I think a Geordie had phoned in to say it looked white to him as well, but he really wasn't pay that much attention. ;-)
