Hi, I use an non USM EF 35-105 as standard lens on my EOS10. Should I trade it in when replacing the body for an EOS30 or not? Huub

that's something you have to decide... does it work for you? if no, then you already know what to do.

Whilst a reasonable lens optically, the original 35-105 is a very outdated lens now. Best to replace it with a 28-105 or 28-135IS, which both bring ring USM and improved optics to the fray, and IS in the 28-135.
