Ha ha El Tel. Ha dplanned to go Steph - even had my ST with me in N'cl today. Sadly, plans have changed and I'm off to (sunny??) Spain. Even more sadly, I'm not taking Farcelino with me.

Anywhere near Barca?

Just back from KP. We won 4-0 even with Marcelino playing. A strong team also included Harper, Griffin, Bernard, Lua2 and Ameobi. Graham Souness was in the stands as was Mick Wadsworth. Hopefully they were watching Marcy (who didn't have a bad game)!

Also just back from Kingston Park. Enjoyable game with the usual suspects catching the eye - Bernard, Lua Lua and Ameobi. Steph's right - Marca had a good game. Also a mention for Harper, who bullied and organised his defence (and midfield and attack) all game. His voice was booming over the pitch - "Get out! Get out! Get out! Get out! etc. - you get the picture. Wayne Quinn looked pretty solid too! I stayed behind so Ben could get some autographs - Shoala, Bernard, Kerr, Boyd, Coppinger and Marcelino (Shame I didn't have a contract waiver handy!) Also good old BR who must have signed 50 autographs half an hour after the game finished and was still pleasant to everyone. We also saw Distin who seemed to be waiting for Bernard then buggered off without him. We couldn't eat as many burgers and hot dogs as Clarky - only one of each but they were pretty good.

Steph tells me every Monday in March is a reserve home game so adjust your calendars accordingly. It's a good night and well worth the 3 quid entrance (for those of us without season tickets).

Screach - I can help fix you up with a nice seaside appartment where we stayed not too far from Alicante if you like. It's in a place called San Jose (no really).

Do you know the way to San Jose ??!!
