Thanks Ken, and the Scum have lost their last 4 (5?) games against L'pool = a bad OWen for them, + Chewsea hammered them at OT, anything can happen :-)

'Don't bet against Man United'...blah blah blah. Isn't it just soooooooo annoying when the media start on their Man United mission. It was on ly the media that wrote them off in the first place! Everyone else knew they were quite capable of putting a run together. their last few games have been far from difficult (I include NUFC here as we never win at OT).

Typical of everyone not to capitalise on their poor run - although it was us that contributed to this by beating Leeds and Arsenal. Still it's all better for us. In the end I would prefer Man U to win the league over Leeds.

Here's what I think is a more appropriate question your son could have posed, Ken.

'Would we be happy if the makems stayed up by beating home and/or away, as many as possible, from Chelsea, Leeds, Pool and Arse, at the same time helping us to end up in an automatic champs league place ?'

I could live with that.
