Has anyone here used an Osprey 200 capture card? Does it do a good job capturing audio and video in sync?

yes, i use them every day.

they are PRO spec. 100% in sync. I have the 210 and the 220. great, but expensive.

in the end, it's better to get a FireWire card and some video software like videowave or whatever as you then can capture in FULL RES ALL THE TIME and edit easily.
