Did you hear the whingers sing?

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Unofficial Newcastle United Football Club BBS : One Thread

.........they can't stand a f***in' thing.

Listening to 606 (shame Littledick wasn't on), all they could talk about was the view from the away end. 'scuse me, but hasn't it been like that for 2 seasons? Where were you last year? Oh, I forgot - you weren't top of the Premiership. And you ain't now, you whinging lot. Like it or lumpt it. SJP is one of the best stadia in the UK. Where do you expect us to put you? In the Platinum Club? Knowing wor lot, there's every chance ;-)

Anyway, if all they can moan about is the view and the lack of oxygen (= fitness, you Fat Yorkie Bar Stewards) then I'm happy. Happy as a pig in sh!t. Today, if Leeds United had taken anything away from SJP, it would have been a total travesty. They scored a goal on the break and did nowt for the rest of the game. They were totally overrun in the first half and we were unlucky to only go in equal. In terms of possession, control and chances, we should have been miles ahead. The only thing we were behind in was fouls (and yellow cards).

I will state categorically, Leeds United are the dirtiest team I have seen all season (both home and away). If they had taken anything away from today, I'd have been very, very upset. Not only did we stuff them on the park, we also stuffed them in theor heeds. Face it, you Yorkshire Puddings, you're second best in all departments to the Geordies. No win this season has/will give me more satisfaction.

'scuse me, I'm off to The Plough. I'll be back..............but I may be a long time ;-)

Six bookings and a sending off will ensure Leeds are fined by the FA for their performance today. I think the six bookings alone would have been enough if I remember the rules correctly.

Mills is such a dirty git. I've just watched the TV highlights and they showed a close up of Robert spitting blood after Mills had thumped him. And he wasn't even booked for that!

Re the away seating - has anyone ever sat in the back corner of that gigantic stand at Leeds. Bloody dreadful view and they don't even provide parachutes!

Anyone noticed that they are worse this season than the previous couple of seasons? They have always been dirty and arrogant but it seems they have turned it up a couple of notches this season. Probably their shorts are too tight for their young manly "we rule the world" bodies.

My mate's family is from Leeds (he's a Toon fan though)

After the game at Elland Road his dad went to walk the dog for 4 hours!

Classic stuff

What depresses me about Leeds is that they really don't have to play like that.

Wonderful bit in the Sunday Express report:

".... a Leeds display which was at best undisciplined and at worst utterly unhinged."

Why should Robert be booked for spitting blood? :+)
