Some stuff that will absolutely "blow" ya'lls minds. Well, it could maybe. The old hillbilly and Lil Dumplin is rund'n away for a week I rekon. Point'n her little S10 south Friday night and expectin to end up in Texas sometime Saturday. Actually I've go so much money I need to spend some of't on gasoline! Crude oil has dropped another $1. a barrel so --gasoline raises!!!

"Death of an old Landmark" I'd writ about [ should be in the archives] is owned by a neighbor. About the only thing left on it that's any good is a walkway door about 4 or 5 feet wide and about 6 or 8 feet tall. I ask'm yesterday if I could have it. He said "sure" i'ts all gonna fall completely down one of these days so you might as well have it. I thanked'm profusely!! That barnwood is absolutley fantastic to build a console radio out of. With new works and using the wood as it is without plane'n or finishin-should bring a small fortune from somebody in the city with a sock fulla cash! Any takers? The money goes for His work.

Had to go help Lil Dumplin today. She was kinda stranded in Bedford Ind without electrical power to her bus. I driv 2 1/2 hours one way to get there, 1/2 hour to fix't and another 2 1/2 hours back. Two quarts of coffee and a little package of "baby choclate donuts" , [as Maddie big gurl says] and I survived quite nicely! A conductor in a plug had come loose and shorted to ground. Well anyhow, she offered to buy me dinner but I told'r "Lil Dumplin---I"m homesick!"

I'm doin her laundry right now. Everything in one load, colors, whites etc----Tide, and perm press in the dryer. Hope everything comes out alright. If it don't I'll tell'r that ya'll told me to do it this way!!!!! Hey, I'm not gettin that red headed woman mad at me! I gotta live with'r!
