Can anyone help please,a Judgement registered on the 15/10/1986 and Charging order/registration of Caution 26/5/1992 are they still in force or is there a statutory limitation of time involved.

Answers

The Charging Order/Caution is valid until removed whatever the length of time.

The judgment can be enforced at any time, but leave is required to issue enforcement after 6 years.

The judgment will disappear, whether paid or not, after 6 years from the date of its registration from the Eqiifax and Experien Credit Databases, but it still exists in the court records as an unpaid judgment until settled.
