In a recent fan poll on the TOTT (rivals.net) site, the Toon fans voted Andy O'Brien the best of our four senior central defenders (naturally excluding El Waster).

Regarding CB pairings, the top partnership was felt to be Dabizas and O'Brien, which polled 37% of the vote. Then came Sylvain Distin and O'Brien with 32%. In third place Distin and Dabizas 21%.

The majority also felt Aaron Hughes was doing "very well, thank you very much" in his new role at Right-Back.
