I had a Leica M2 and a screw-mount IIIg. Both the shutter-speed of one second are not functioning. It jams upon releasing the shutter at one second. The shutter remains open and doesn't close. thanks for any help.

Time for a CLA. If the slow speeds are that bad then other things need cleaning and lubricating too.
