It's gone very quiet sparxx. The Board have tried to quell speculation by saying "taking the company private has not even been discussed by us". However, this means nowt - any attempt by FS to take the Club off the LSE would have to be done off the record until he was certain it was in the bag. Any discussions to sound out the Board members would be done in private, and strictly off the record.

Given the present situation I'd be a little surprised if it didn't happen, but I suspect the financial situation of Cameron Hall is complicating matters. I have doubts that FS has the financial muscle to do it on his own. Working together, DH and FS could easily take the Club private, but DH may be severely hamstrung by the Banks given CHD's problems.
