I have fallen in love with a stylised panther sculpted out of stone. The Artist's name is "R. Scarpa" and I am told that he/she was French. I would like to know more information about Scarpa before purchasing the Panther.

If anyone knows of the Sculptor or can direct me as to where I can obtain further information, I would be very grateful.
