That is the question, happy happy Buff is a grandad again, 8lb-4oz, problem with name, down to last two choices, otherwise Mam and son fine. Received phone call at work 4.30am on Thursday from the Mrs in a state of controlled panic as the first attempts to get a cab to Aberdeen to look after other grandson had failed. Sorted a 24 hr cab from work, but wind had got up thro night blowing snow off the parks and filling up my road. Taxi could only get as far as 300yds to my croft , but ater a session of morse code on hand torch and car headlights June braved 3ft drifts to walk down to the pick up, Arrived Aberdeen just before six, daughter left for hospital then, baby born at 10.00am , left hospital at 3pm Friday and grandad had his first bose(cuddle). *Hope Kennyboy and Garcia have it as easy as I did, (joke!), have you noticed that Garcia is now into serios posting as opposed to "Jokes" as the day draws nigh!
