And written by our own Clement and Frenais, still looking for points for body parts , the running joke, was stiff lil fingers mentioned?

Wha?

A film shown last night courtesy of BBC1 called Still Crazy, Dan, about a seventies rock group called Strange Fruit staging a come back in the nineties. I hadn't seen it before and I thought it was excellent.

As buff says, written by Ian Le Frenais and Dick Clement (of Porridge and Auf Wiedersehen Pet fame, in case you've forgotten). Sort of Spinal Tap type thing. Well worth a dabble if you get the chance, IMO.

With Mr Robinson (writer/director of Withnail and I) as the missing guitarist.

Bill Nighy surprised me cos he did his own 'singing'. Didn't know he had it in him.

I was in an episode of Kiss Me Kate with Bill Nighy!

So, you were 'Kate' then, Dan? ;-) Can't say I'm aware of Bill's work, but Withnail & I is still great. My dear, dear boy...
