I'm trying to decide on an inexpensive zoom lens for my Nikon N65. Is the Tamron 200-400mm zoom comparable or better than a Cosina 100-400mm lens. Comments and opinions are much appreciated. Thank you.

i'm looking for an inexpensive zoom lens too and i'm considering tamron 200-400 since i've tried their 28-200 lens and the pics taken are acceptable. not sure about cosina coz i've never used those.
