Prayer Requests

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Country Families : One Thread

I am starting something new. Every Sunday (in this case Saturday evening, I will start a new thread for prayer requests. Everyone is free to add their requests to this list. In this way we can keep everyone who needs it in our thoughts and prayers. I hope this will be a comfort and an uplifting thread for all of those who need it.

I think this a great idea........Melissa you did it again. Wouldn't it be great if people would tell us when the prayer has been answered. That will be up lifting to everyone. I know I have seen many answers to prayer on this and other forums.

I just found out my wonderful elderly friend (86)Elsie, lost her only child a son-60ish on Christmas Eve. He was involved in an accident with a tanker truck on his way down to pick her up. Please pray for her. I wrote about her once and the Friendship plate. Her best friend died on her birthday 5 years ago.

Hey folks! Marty [our son] is doin just fine now. Had the stints taken out of his nose this morning. Everything seems to be normal now and we don't anticipate anything adverse in the future for him. The bio's came back as cancer free! Glory to God!!

Maddie "big gurl" [their little daughter] is kinda under the weather today tho. Croup!

Thanks guys for all the prayers of support. What would we do without this family? Thanks Melissa for starting this thread! It's great!!!! old hoot. Matt.24:44

Please pray for Cora Vee's husband. Cora Vee has posted on some of the forums before, she is a fine Christian woman, her husband is a fine Christian man. He has found some tumors. Don't know how much I should post. Thanks
