I would like to change my old Leica case with a 1/4" screw to 3/8" screw that I have from a worn out case. Has anyone done this? I looked at the screw and it appears to be press fit through a brass washer but I can't figure out what the holes were for on the sides of the knurled screw head (wrench or spanner). Thanks...Tony.

After a friend brought over his Rolleicord, I noticed a 3/8" to 1/4" bushing threaded into the camera. A little research indicated that for less than $2, you can purchase these adapters at B&H. This saves me a lot of work. Thought I would share this.
