Has my sister been reading the OK forum?

18.6% & 31.5lbs, body fat that is. My sister gave me a body fat measuring device for Christmas. We will have to start an OK baseline for everybody in OK. Waist to inseam ratios will pale in comparison.

I'd love to use this on my brother. He admitted that he's gained 25 pounds since August (he trimed down for his 25th hs reunion). Boy, could I see the gut at Christmas. Maybe, now that he's joined LAOC and says he'll go to meets, he'll resume running and slim down?

On the other hand, I'm not sure I want to know my body fat %. I'm sure it's higher than it was in '88.

We had measurements at Wendy's for some OKer's tonight. Where is the data?

Dan let me know when you figure out what "E3" means. That was the only reading I got each time I tried it.

I would imagine your hands were too dry to make an electronic connection with the pads and therefore it couldn't get a continuous flow to make a proper reading.
