hotmail.... or YAHOO!!!!!! either are good but I prefer hotmail because of the messenger thingy....

I've had loads of bother with Hotmail in the past but none with Yahoo!

Mebbe I was just lucky though..

I use hotmail occasionally, and get annoyed at receiving at least 20 junk emails each day. Things like credit cards/DVD copying, and plenty of porn/cybersex offers.

To each his own Kiwi, that is exactly why Gav uses hotmail.

Nope the junk mail I get keeps offering penis extensions....I've told them that 4 inches is enough but they keep hassling me....

Actually Gav it's three. 1 in, 1 out and 1 gannin in n' out. :-))

Yahoo is the best - especially as you can get a "@yahoo.co.uk" addy rather than a bog standard .com.

I have used it for ages (tho not to post here) and have never had any problems re spam.#

HotMail tho is crippled by spam.

Gav/PB,

I got a cheapie - it was a retread section of elephant's trunk.

Bloody champion in bed. The only real problem is when the family are round for tea, it's terribly embarrassing when it pulls me pants down and starts stuffing buns up my @***.

The old ones are the best! Happy Xmas to all our readers.

PS: Yahoo is good swifty.

I use Postmaster - no probs so far - 3 years or so.

Yahoo's the one I use on here and it's as good as you'll get I reckon. No spam to speak of and it forwards replies addressed to my Yahoo account to my BT account, so I can get all my e-mail without having to log on to more than one account.

Yahoo's pretty good

Occasionally hard to get access to - server must go offline or something, but I have had my account since we first got access to the Internet (1998) and it has server me well (and still does)

Had a hotmail one, but I find Yahoo easier to use.

To be honest though, if it's to someone I know I'll use my proper email address.

Why don't you use hotmail's junk mail / barring feature, problem solved?

-- Anonymous, December 20, 2001

These penis extensions, how do they stay on? Can you imagine fishing around a urinal for the end.

Hotmails junk barring feature doesn't work....it's actually fairly crap, you can set it up to ignore e-mails from certain domains....ie. Hotmail which isn't exactly ideal as you might be cutting out e-mails that you want, you need to be more specific....fine you can also set it up to block individual e-mail address but the problem is that the spammers don't e-mail from single addresses, they use fake addresses or ones just set up for that mail and they'll come from another the next time they arrive....

I must admit I don't find the spam that much of a problem....it takes 2 mins to delete the spam and it's quite obvious what is and isn't spam :))
