Polaroid aludes to back for this format and even lists some model numbers. Does any one know the backs available, new or used that fit the Graflock back in 2 1/4 x 3 1/4?

While it won't work on some cameras (like the ArcaSwiss F-line cameras) and will work on some (like the Canham DLC) the Polaroid back you are asking about is the model 405. Prices for a used 405 in mint condition should run about $75.00.
