Caption to the first one should be, "Shearer's new Henry handpuppet terrifyingly morphs into Chuckie."

Actually, I thought Alan shearer was a giant among pygmies last night - plus one or two amoebas.
(don't bother with the obvious!)

hehe Ciara - not sure how many people wil admit to having watched a Chuckie film! Looks like Als dragged Henry over to the ref by the balls.

All hail Alan Shearer!!!(:o) What a credit to the club! (:o)

BTW, and just hijacking this thread for a moment, seeing as you mentioned Chuckie.

When the first `Chuckie` film came out, it had a lower rating than it ended up with. I can`t remember what it was, not `PG` I don`t think, but certainly not `18`. Anyhow, Pete and I were going out for dinner, and Yelli was too old to want a babysitter, but not confident enough to stay on her own (13 or so), so I got this film out to keep them entertained!

Apparently Yelli`s little friend was so terrified that she ran upstairs screaming, and wouldn`t come down until Yell had switched it off! Yelli, of course, says she wasn`t in the least bit bothered by it (I bet she was though, `cos it scared me!)

Next time her friend came round, somehow or another a big clown doll which Yelli had had as a bairn ended up dangling by its feet from the loft hatch..........needless to say, it scared the bejeezus out of Yell`s mate, and she never stayed again! (:oO

Actually I've never seen a Chuckie film, was never really into the horror genre. The ads in various media were unescapable, though.

What were the old film ratings? X obviously. But was one AA or something? No idea what the age restrictions were.

Henry is quite worryingly starting to look like a cockney

he hasn't got his thumbs tucked into his waistcoat, though...and doesn't say 'innit' nearly enough ;-)
