Dave,

Your question is impossible to answer because it is so vague. Influenced Poe at which stage in his life? In his poetry or his fiction?

His earliest collection of poetry, Tamerlane and Other Poems shows Byron's influence. But this is hardly surprising, since Byron influenced almost every American poet throughout the 1820s.

The influence of Coleridge is clear in some of his fiction, for example 'MS Found in a Bottle' which draws upon 'The Rime of the Ancient Mariner'.

Individual pieces by Poe show different debts, and he changed his mind about who he liked, later falling out of love with Coleridge for example.

If you were more specific, I might be able to be more helpful.
