The first one you do in total darkness, either by yourself or with a partner, or bring the whole family to watch as you take a hard frozen ice cube tray and look at it as you twist it. There is an energy release causing a little flash of light as each cube seperates from the tray. This works better if the tray is frozen overnight, totally dry, and no other light is present.

The second thing is to type your email address into the search space in Google and click away. Anything you have posted to the public areas will show up. I haven't tried this with fake emails yet.
