i have a CCJ for a bank, the judgement was given 2 years ago.Today i get a letter from the solicitors asking for an up to date income/expenditure sheet and asking for an increased offer.as the amount was sorted in the courts, do i have to complete the income/expenditure questionaiire? i have not defaulted on the ccj payments at all.

Hi Dave

My husband and I also are paying a CCJ issued by a BS. We regularly get new forms to fill in. This we feel is their way of assessing if you are able to pay more. If however, you are self employed I have been informed by the court these are actually worthless as they cannot ascertain your income.
