Bradford & Bingley chasing again

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Repossession : One Thread

We have been caught up with a shortfall claim of £18600 for the last 5 years. They originally accepted a payment of £20 per month with a annual review it's now upto £30 P/M. Now they have sent another letter saying that they want a full account of my current situation and copies of all bank statment etc. What should I do ? or what can they do if I don't ? Any advice would be greatfully received.

We have read that CAB's are good sources of advice. We are in exactly the same position as yourselves and sought help from CAB. Their advice was to provide all information except employer details. Failure to do so "may harm your case". We have decided, after reading this excellent site, to take up the banner and fight. Our first salvo will be to issue a SARN against the Bradford & Bingley along with a request to see all documents related to the MIG policy. Info found here http://www.home-repo.org/reposses/dos.htm Does anyone else have any better ideas?
