General inquire about Friction / Spot welding

Your best source is Edison Welding Inst. They have done the studies on friction stir welding and I presume, spot welding. I don,t have their web address however their phone is614 486 9400

Another source would be Newcor in Bay City MI. They have built friction welders for tubing and rods, possibly applications like yours too.
