From the KC Adventure Racing web page....

KCAR- Keith and I are going to meet 4 times over the next 7 weeks for some night orienteering practice. We will do this at Shawnee Mission Park and start at 6 PM. We will take turns setting up a course, between 3 and 4 km long, with 5 controls. The location within the park will change each of the four times. The park closes at 8 PM, so be sure to get back to your car in time to get out of the park. Bring an old map of the park if you have one. Let us know if you need a map, we can get you one. Keith will post the starting location.

KCAR- The starting location for the night orienteering practice on Thursday, Dec 13 Will be at the North West corner of Shawnee Mission Lake. (The parking area for the mill creek trail on the north side of the dam.) First start will be at 6:00 and last start will be at 7:00. The park does close at 8:00 so you will need to be out of the park by then!!!!!
