ADMIN - Help wanted in posting!!!

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Current News - Homefront Preparations : One Thread

Yeah, I know, I said that when I thought I might have some typing business. As you know, that fizzled. This is different, however. Lucianne Goldberg has asked me to help police her site and I started yesterday. As you all probably know, I believe that Lucianne.com is a very important site as far as disseminating news and views with a conservative slant is concerned. Some of the posters are somewhat more right-wing in their views than I (understatement), but the news articles themselves are what most people read.

For the last four years, since its inception, Lucianne.com has been run by one webmaster and two cops, one of whom is Lucianne who also writes Short Cuts, broadcasts, and does other things. With 7 million page views per month, that's a helluva job. I'm happy to help out as another volunteer.

I think Currents performs a valuable service too, especially in supporting a small community of "like-minded people" (where have I heard that before?) and in providing a place to discuss any new preps we need to make and I shall continue to spend a good portion of time here. As you probably noticed, though, typos are going to slip through more often because of decreased time and I won't be posting as much.

This is where you guys come in. I get most of my articles through Lucianne.com and I wish you would go there and see what tickles your fancy too, posting stuff here that you like.

God, you buggers are SO lazy. Is it so hard to put your cursor in the Location box and type http://www in front of lucianne.com?

I'm also in the middle of trying to make a red pakoul so I can stick a piece of holly on the top for the Christmas party this afternoon. If I can make a good one, I intend to try and sell some serious ones. Should be some prospective customers at the party.
