I have a question. How can I record the plastation preview into my VHS or mini-DV tape from TV screen ? Thanks for help.

its a bit of an awkward way but it should work. take the input that normally goes into your tv and plug it straight into you vcr, start recording and start the playstation disk let run for a while and you should have it.

What i would do is connect your playstation to the Ariel in socket the connect your video to your tv with a scart cable.

Tune your video in to pick up the playstation signal the you would be able to record the PSX game to VHS.

I know this works as i have done it myself for a media studies project a while ago so that works.

The ting im not sure about is you video camera, i have never tryed it but it should work, will you reply and tell me what connections you have on your tv,vcr and your playstation.

If you have the three phono sockets on the back of your playstation then i think it would be best to use them. That is if you have the rite connections on my canon mv400i I have a AV mini jack socket so i use an AV cable to link that to the phono sockets. (YELLOW, WHITE, RED for some of the novices out there)

This can then be converted to scart if you wanted!
