OK, let's crank out those I recipes: MIne are for ice cream!!

To make 1 gallon of ice cream

1 can sweetened condensed milk

2 cups sugar

1 TBS vanilla

fill the rest of the canister with milk, half and half or cream (I use a combination of 1 pint heavy cream and the rest milk, but plain milk works fine)

Freeze in ice cream freezer. this is an easy recipe and has a great taste, sometimes I add a few cups of raspberries.

ORANGE ICE CREAM

3 cups milk

2 cups orange juice

1 cup sugar

You can substitie other juices as well, like lime.

Freeze in ice cream freezer. Very light and fruity, I usually double this recipe.

Here's one for you:

Irish Soda Bread

1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
1/2 cup raisins
2 eggs
1 tablespoon caraway seed

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Beat eggs with buttermilk. Add the eggs and buttermilk into the flour mixture; stir in raisins. Pour dough onto lightly floured board. Shape into a round loaf, adding flour if necessary. Place in a lightly greased pan. Sprinkle top with caraway seeds if desired. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour or until the bottom of the loaf sounds hollow when tapped.
